Allow array expansion on drive addition or replacement

Currently when a drive is replaced with a bigger one - only a certain size is taken there, which is the same as the previous drive - as opposed to using full space

We need to automatically extend the Array usage to a full drive OR suggest to extend it in the UI (if for any reason users don’t want to expand?)
