Your community account

You can read public pages without an account. To participate, verify an email address you control and accept these terms. Keep access to your inbox secure, use accurate account details and do not impersonate another person. You must have legal capacity to agree to these terms, or permission from a parent or legal guardian who can do so on your behalf.

Creating or closing a community account does not create or close any player, venue, ggLeap or ggRock service account. A verified email can recover contributions already linked to that community identity; a matching display name is not proof of ownership.

Public participation

Posts, comments, profile details and contribution activity may be visible to anyone, including people who are not signed in. Choose your public name carefully. Do not publish passwords, private customer information, confidential business material or personal information you do not want made public. Other people may quote or save what you publish.

Only contribute material you are entitled to share. You retain your rights and give ggCircuit permission to host, display, format and distribute your contributions as needed to operate this portal, discussion threads and subscribed notifications. This permission does not grant a general advertising licence over your identity.

Respectful and safe use

Do not post unlawful material, threats, harassment, spam, malicious files or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not bypass access controls, manipulate voting or disrupt the service. Moderators may hide or remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community. Contact support@ggcircuit.com to report a concern or request a moderation review.

Roadmap information

Feedback and votes help inform product decisions. Roadmap entries, priorities, dates and release plans can change; they are not a commitment to deliver a feature or a contractual product specification. Links to external services are governed by those services’ own terms.

Withdrawing comments and closing your account

After signing in, you can delete your own comments from account settings or the discussion. Your comment disappears without a replacement message; other people’s replies remain. Deletion cannot recall emails already delivered or copies made outside the portal.

Account closure requires a fresh email verification and explicit confirmation. Your public profile and access are removed, but posts and comments remain as “Deleted user”, and aggregate votes remain. Closure does not edit the words or files you previously shared: withdraw identifying comments first, or contact privacy@ggcircuit.com for help. Contributions retained after closure cannot be reclaimed simply by registering the same email again.

Changes and your rights

The current version and date appear on this page. We will ask you to review changed terms before making new public contributions. Reading public information and exercising privacy controls do not require accepting new participation terms. The Privacy notice separately explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Questions about this portal or these terms can be sent to support@ggcircuit.com.
