Setting for the toolchain VM MAC address

User Story:

As a client visiting a location that requires MAC address registration, I want the toolchain VM to either retain its MAC address or allow me to set a specific MAC address, so that I don't face connectivity issues due to MAC address changes.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. ~~Research Current Behavior:- -Understand why the toolchain VM currently generates a new random MAC address during every boot.~~

2. ~~VM Recreation Impact:- -Investigate if the toolchain VM's recreation is the primary reason for the MAC address change. If so, understand the implications and reasons for the VM's recreation.~~

3. ~~Static MAC Address Setting:- -Explore the feasibility of introducing a setting in the network section of ggRock that allows users to set a specific MAC address for the toolchain VM.~~

4. ~~Retain MAC Address:- -If setting a specific MAC address is not feasible, research the possibility of retaining the current-generated MAC address across reboots.~~

5. ~~Editable MAC Address Field:- -Investigate the feasibility of making the MAC address field on a VM editable, allowing clients to adjust the setting as needed.~~

6. ~~Potential Issues with VM Non-Recreation:- -Understand the potential problems or "trash" that might be dragged from previous booting attempts if the VM is not recreated.~~
