Improving Shift Handovers

User Story: As an admin I would like to check the till and have procedures for staff when they log in or log out. I would like:

• Cashier to enter the amount of money in the till at the end of his shift and add comments if numbers are not expected

• Cashier should be presented with a list of all transactions that occurred on his shift

• Cashier to be presented with a list of to-do items that he should see at login or logout

Acceptance Criteria:

We need a new menu item for Shifts where the admin can configure options and fields
