Automatically send receipts via email

Story As an admin I want my customers to receive an email receipt after each transaction (if there is an email on record). I would like to attach a discount code depending on the transaction total.

Acceptance Criteria
We will send a copy of the receipt either to a validated email address, or we can integrate with the admin's email to send emails from the centers email address.
