Add backup exports to the Activity Tracker
User Story:
As an administrator of a GGLeap center, I want to ensure the security of my data by having a log of all administrative actions initiated in the web UI, especially the export options that contain the user database.
Acceptance Criteria:
When an administrative action is initiated in the web UI, it should be logged in a designated location.
The log should specifically capture any export options that contain the user database.
The log should include details such as the user who initiated the action, the date and time of the action, and the specific action performed.
The log should be easily accessible and searchable for review and audit purposes.
The logging functionality should be enabled by default and cannot be disabled by regular administrative users.
The log should be tamper-proof and resistant to unauthorized modifications.
The logging mechanism should comply with relevant data security and privacy regulations.
